Manipulationen am Gerät vorzunehmen. Sie gefähr-
den dadurch Ihren Garantieanspruch! Bitte setzen Sie
sich mit dem Lieferanten oder dem Stammhaus in
Verbindung.

In dieser Betriebsanleitung wurden nicht alle mögli-
chen Anwendungsfälle berücksichtigt. Sollten Sie
also Hinweise für Ihre spezielle Aufgabenstellung ver-
missen, so setzten Sie sich bitte mit einer unserer
Niederlassungen oder dem Stammhaus in Ver-
bindung.
Alle in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschriebenen MI-
CROSTATE-M1 sind wartungsfrei. Sie enthalten keine
Komponenten, die von Ihnen instandgesetzt oder
ausgetauscht werden können. Reparaturen können
ausschließlich im Werk ausgeführt werden!
2. Beschreibung
Der MICROSTAT-M1 ist ein universell einsetzbarer
elektromechanischer Temperaturregler mit Istwertan-
zeige. Das Gerät hat ein Kunststoffgehäuse mit flüs-
sigkeits- bzw. gasgefülltem Messsystem.
Die temperaturabhängige Volumenänderung eines
flüssigkeitsgefülltem Messsystems bzw. die tempe-
raturabhängige Druckänderung eines gasgefüllten
Messsystems wird ohne Übersetzungsgetriebe durch
eine Bourdonfeder in eine Drehbewegung des Is-
twertzeigers umgewandelt. Durch die Drehbewegung
der Zeigerwelle wird der Mikroschalter über ein Ab-
griffsystem betätigt.
Bei Beachtung nachfolgender Hinweise ist eine
störungsfreie Funktion gewährleistet.

nipulations on the instrument. This will endanger you
rights under the instrument warranty! Please contact
your supplier or the main factory.

These operating instructions do not cover all concei-
vable applications. So if you cannot find advice on
your particular task, please contact the nearest sub-
sidiary or the main factory.
None of the MICROSTAT-M1 described in these ope-
rating instructions requires any maintenance. They
do not contain any components that can be repaired
or replaced by the user. Repairs can only be carried
out in the factory!
Description
The MICROSTAT-M1 is a universal electromechanical
temperature controller with indication of the actual
value. The instrument has a plastic housing with a li-
quid-filled or gas-filled measuring system.
The temperature-dependent volume change of a li-
quid-filled measuring system, or the temperature-de-
pendent pressure change of a gas-filled system, is
converted into a rotation of the pointer by a Bourdon
tube without any gearing. The rotary movement of the
pointer shaft operates a microswitch via a lever sys-
tem.

Description
Le MICROSTAT-M1 est un thermostat électromécani-
que universel avec indicateur de valeur réelle. L'ap-
pareil a un boîtier en matière synthétique avec un
système de mesure rempli de gaz ou de liquide.
Le changement de volume en fonction de la tempé-
rature d'un système de mesure rempli de liquide ou
bien la variation de pression en fonction de la tempé-
rature d'un système de mesure rempli de gaz est
converti via un tube Bourdon, sans réducteur, en une
rotation de l'aiguille indicatrice. La rotation du che-
villot commande le microrupteur par l'intermédiaire
d'un système de transmission.
