rigkeiten auftreten, bitten wir Sie, keine unzulässi-
gen Manipulationen am Gerät vorzunehmen. Sie
gefährden dadurch Ihren Garantieanspruch!
Bitte setzen Sie sich mit dem Lieferanten oder
dem Stammhaus in Verbindung.

stellten Mangels an uns zurück.
In dieser Betriebsanleitung wurden nicht alle
möglichen Anwendungsfälle
Sollten Sie also Hinweise für Ihre spezielle Aufga-
benstellung vermissen, so setzten Sie sich bitte
mit einer unserer Niederlassungen oder dem
Stammhaus in Verbindung.
Alle in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschriebenen
MICROSTATE sind wartungsfrei. Sie enthalten
keine Komponenten, die von Ihnen instandge-
setzt oder ausgetauscht werden können. Repara-
turen können ausschließlich im Werk ausgeführt
werden!
2. Beschreibung
Der MICROSTAT ist ein universell einsetzbarer
elektromechanischer Temperaturregler
Istwertanzeige. Das Gerät hat ein Kunststoff-
gehäuse mit flüssigkeits- bzw. gasgefülltem
Messsystem.
Die temperaturabhängige
eines flüssigkeitsgefülltem Messsystems bzw. die
temperaturabhängige Druckänderung eines gas-
gefüllten Messsystems wird ohne Übersetzungs-
getriebe durch eine Bourdonfeder in eine
Drehbewegung des Istwertzeigers umgewandelt.
Durch die Drehbewegung der Zeigerwelle wird
der Mikroschalter über ein Abgriffsystem betätigt.
Bei Beachtung nachfolgender Hinweise ist eine
störungsfreie Funktion gewährleistet.

ning, you are asked not to undertake any unau-
thorized manipulations on the instrument. This
will endanger you rights under the instrument
warranty!

fit for the most demanding requirements and ful-
fils or exceeds all the written specifications.
Nevertheless, if you have any reason for com-
plaint, please return the instrument to us, with a
detailed description of the fault you have obser-
ved.
These operating instructions do not cover all
conceivable applications. So if you cannot find
berücksichtigt. advice on your particular task, please contact the
nearest subsidiary or the main factory.
None of the MICROSTAT described in these ope-
rating instructions requires any maintenance.
They do not contain any components that can be
repaired or replaced by the user. Repairs can only
be carried out in the factory!
Description
The MICROSTAT is a universal electromechanical
mit temperature controller with indication of the ac-
tual value. The instrument has a plastic housing
with a liquid-filled or gas-filled measuring system.
The temperature-dependent volume change of a
Volumenänderung liquid-filled measuring system, or the tempera-
ture-dependent pressure change of a gas-filled
system, is converted into a rotation of the pointer
by a Bourdon tube without any gearing. The rotary
movement of the pointer shaft operates a mi-
croswitch via a lever system.
Provided you observe the instructions below, you
can be sure of problem-free operation.

de mise en service sont sans entretien. Ils ne
contiennent aucun composant qui peut être répa-
ré ou remplacé par l'utilisateur. Les réparations
sont effectuées exclusivement en usine !
Description
Le MICROSTAT est un thermostat électroméca-
nique universel avec indicateur de valeur réelle.
L'appareil a un boîtier en matière synthétique
avec un système de mesure rempli de gaz ou de
liquide.
Le changement de volume en fonction de la tem-
pérature d'un système de mesure rempli de li-
quide ou bien la variation de pression en fonction
de la température d'un système de mesure rempli
de gaz est converti via un tube Bourdon, sans ré-
ducteur, en une rotation de l'aiguille indicatrice.
La rotation du chevillot commande le microrup-
teur par l'intermédiaire d'un système de transmis-
sion.
Respectez les instructions suivantes pour garantir
un fonctionnement sans défaut.
