GERÄTEAUFSTELLUNG Das Gerät soll in einem gut gelüftetem Raum aufgestellt werden, wenn möglich unter einer Abzugshaube, um die Beseitigung des Dampfes beim Kochen zu gewährleisten. Vor der Inbetriebnahme sind alle vorhandenen Schutzfolien zu entfernen; sämtliche Flächen sind mit lauwarmem Wasser, Reinigungsmittel und einem weichem Lappen sorgfältig zu putzen, um das werkseitig angebrachte Rostschutzmittel gründlich zu entfernen, dann mit einem sauberen Tuch abwischen. -

WASSERANSCHLUSS Für die Durchführung einer korrekten Installation ist es unabdingbar, daß: 1) die Wasserzufuhrrohre mittels Absperrhähnen an das Wasserversorgungsnetz angeschlossen sind, welche geschlossen werden, wenn die Kippbratpfanne nicht in Betrieb ist oder für Wartungseingriffe; 2) zwischen dem Absperrhahn und dem Rohr, das die Kippbratpfanne anschließt, ein mechanischer Filter installiert ist, um das Austreten von eisenhaltigen Rückständen zu verhindern, welche durch Oxydation den Edelstahl rostfrei angreifen können und im Laufe der Zeit Oxydationspunkte auf dem Becken hinterlassen. -

KIPPBRATPFANNEN MIT SCHARNIERDECKEL Für eine gute Leistungsfähigkeit der Kippbratpfanne während der Garung von Speisen ist es wichtig, das Becken durch Absenken des Deckels zu schließen. Um eine gute Effizienz zu gewährleisten, ist vor dem Loslassen des Handgriffs täglich zu überprüfen, daß der Deckel angehoben bleibt. Alle sechs Monate die Ausgleichsfeder des Deckels von einem spezialisierten Techniker kontrollieren lassen. -
