Nur saubere Schleifwerkzeuge
montieren!
3.2.1 Wechsel/Montage des
Schleifwerkzeuges
Spindel an der Schlüsselfläche mit
Einmaulschlüssel festhalten und die
Spannmutter lösen.

Spannschaft des Schleifwerkzeugs
in die Spannzange stecken:
USG 33-R bis zum Anschlag
USG 9-R bis 1 cm vor Anschlag

Outils de polissage
N'utiliser que des outils de polis-
sage dont la vitesse de rotation
maximale est égale ou supé-
rieure à vitesse de rotation en
marche à vide de la machine.
Ne monter que des outils de
polissage propres !
3.2.1 Changement/Montage
de l'outil de polissage
Immobiliser la broche par les méplats
avec une clé à fourches et libérer
l'écrou de serrage.

USG 9-R SW19 et SW22
Glisser l'arbre de l'outil de l'outil de
polissage dans la pince de serrage :
USG 33-R jusqu'à la butée
USG 9-R pour 1 cm en avant de la
butée

Grinding tools
Use only grinding tools whose
admissible maximum speed is
equal to or higher than the no-
load speed of the machine.
Use only clean grinding tools!
3.2.1 Changing/Fitting the
grinding tool
Hold spindle against turning at
wrench flats with open-end wrench
and release the clamping nut.
USG 33-R SW14 and SW18
USG 9-R SW19 and SW22
Put the clamping shaft of the grinding
tool in the collet chuck:
USG 33-R up to the stop
USG 9-R to 1 cm in front of the stop
