IM WERK EINGESTELLTE
BRENNERTEILE
Folgende Teile müssen in der Regel nicht
nochmals eingestellt werden:
- Stellmotor
- Pumpe
- Motorschutzfernschalter
(Stern-Dreieckanlasser)
STELLMOTOR (A)
Der Stellmotor reguliert gleichzeitig über
Vorgelege den Luftdurchsatz und den Luft-
druck und den Durchsatz des verwendeten
Brennstoffes. Er ist mit einstellbaren Nok-
ken ausgestattet, durch die entsprechende
Kommutatoren betätig werden.
Nocken POS. 1: Begrenzt die maximale
Öffnung des Stellmotors.
(Öl-Betrieb).
Nocken POS. 2: Begrenzt den Endschal-
ter des Stellmotors auf
die Position 0°.
Bei
ausgeschaltetem
Brenner ist die Luftklappe
vollständig geschloßen.
Nocken POS. 3: Legt die Mindest - Modu-
lationsposition fest.
Wird werkseitig auf ca.
20° eingestellt.
(Öl-Betrieb).
Nocken POS. 4: Begrenzt die maximale
Öffnung des Stellmotors
(Gas-Betrieb).
Nocken POS. 5: Legt die Mindest-Modu-
lationsposition fest; wird
werkseitig auf ca. 20°
eingestellt.
(Gas-Betrieb).
Restl. Nocken:
Nicht verwendet.
PUMPE
Wird im Werk auf 25 bar eingestellt.
MOTORSCHUTZFERNSCHALTER
Werden im Werk für Dreiphasenstrom
400 V eingestellt.
Falls der Dreiphasenstrom 230 V ist, muß
die Einstellung geändert werden.
FACTORY - SET BURNER UNITS
The following units do not generally require
further adjustment:
- servomotor
- pump
- remote overload cut-out (star-triangle
starter)
SERVOMOTOR (A)
The servomotor simultaneously regulates,
through a transmission system, air delivery
and pressure and delivery of the fuel in
use.
It is fitted with adjustable cams which drive
a similar number of selector switches.
Cam POS. 1: Sets the servomotor limit
switch to max. position.
(oil operation).
Cam POS. 2: Sets the servomotor limit
switch to 0° position.
When the burner is off, the
air damper is completely
closed.
Cam POS. 3: Regulates minimum modu-
lation delivery.
It is factory calibrated in the
20° position.
(oil operation).
Cam POS. 4: Sets the servomotor limit
switch to max position.
(gas operation).
Cam POS. 5: Regulates minimum modu-
lation delivery.
It is factory calibrated in the
20°.
(gas operation).
Rem. cam:
No utilized.
PUMP
Factory - set at 25 bar.
REMOTE OVERLOAD CUT - OUT
Factory-set for a three-phase electrical
power supply at 400 V. If electrical power
supply is a three-phase / 230 V, calibration
should be modified.

ORGANES DU BRÛLEUR A L'USINE
En général, les appareils suivants n'ont
pas besoin d'autres réglages:
- servomoteur
- pompe
- protège-moteur télécommandé
(démarreur étoile-triangle)
SERVOMOTEUR (A)
Le servomoteur règle en même temps, au
moyen de renvois, le débit et la pression
de l'air et le débit du combustible utilisé.
Il possède des cames réglables qui
actionnent d'autres commutateurs.
Cam POS. 1: Position du fin de course du
servomoteur au maxi.
(foctionnement à fioul).
Cam POS. 2: La position du fin de course
du servomoteur est 0°.
Lorsque le brûleur est éteint
le volet de l'air est complé-
tement fermé.
Cam POS. 3: Règle le débit mini de
modulation. Elle est réglée
à l'usin à environ 20°.
(fonctionnement à fioul).
Cam POS. 4: Position du fin de course du
servomoteur au maxi.
(fonctionnement a gaz).
Cam POS. 5: Règle le débit mini de
modulation. Elle est réglée
à l'usine à environ 20°.
(fonctionnement a gaz).
Rest cam:
Non utilisée.
POMPE
Elle quitte l'usine réglée à 25 bar.
PROTEGE - MOTEUR TELECOMMANDE
Ils sont réglés à l'usine pour une alimenta-
tion électrique triphasée 400 V.
Si l'alimentation électrique est triphasée
230 V, le réglage doit être modifié.
