It is the responsibility of the installer/owner to ascertain

lation carried out.

Technical Features

The Premium spas feature a single-phase power supply (220-
240 V). All electro-mechanical parts and pipes are enclosed.
The J-210/215/225 are equipped with 1 two-speed pump, whilst
the J-235/245/275/280 are equipped with 2 pumps.
Maximum absorption of the system
The electrical system that powers the spa must absolutely be
sized for maximum consumption (as shown in the table).

If sufficient electrical energy is not available, an electronic
energy consumption limiter can be activated from inside the
electronics box (refer to the relative installation / user and main-
tenance manual).
This operation can only be performed by authorized Jacuzzi®
technicians and limits electricity consumption as follows:
J-210/J-215/J-225
- alternative consumption: 3.5 kW (when the pump is run at high
speed, the electric heater goes off). This is the factory default set-
ting.
J-235/J-245/J-275 /J-280
- medium alternative consumption: 5.3 kW (when two pumps are
run at high speed, the electric heater goes off; pump 2 only operates
at high speed).
- minimum alternative consumption: 3.5 kW (when one pump is
run at high speed, the electric heater goes off; pump 2 only operates
at high speed). This is the factory default setting.

This appliance uses and generates radio waves: if it is not in-

stalled and used as directed, it may cause interference with the
reception of radio and television programs.
However, in special cases this may happen even if the directions
provided are followed.
Set up for installation
The site where the hot tub will be installed must be de-
signed to ensure the possible removal and relocation of
the hot tub itself, if necessary.
Position the hot tub away from glass and/or reflective sur-
faces in order to avoid possible damage to its panelling.
The customer must make provisions for a ground drainage point
8) of suitable dimensions and that can be inspected for any

cleaning that may be required.
ATTENTION: Before preparing the drainage system
for connecting the hot tub, consult the local author-
ities about regulations for the disposal of chemical-
ly-treated water.
