Caring for child safety seat
5.1 Disconnecting the 5-point safety harness system and cover
Push on the regulator and pull the harness strap to maximum length
(see Fig. 4). Loosen the harness strap and pull it using the belt pin (Fig. 35 and Fig. 36)
Pull on both shoulder harness straps and pull it from the opening in the cover (Fig. 37). First
remove the padded belts, then pull through both ends of the belts through openings in metal buckle.
After performing all of the above stated steps pull out the entire belt from the bottom section
of the child safety seat (Fig. 39, 40). Turn the clamp of the central buckle to reach position (Fig. 38)
and pull it out from the base of the child safety seat (Fig. 41) in upward direction.
Disconnect the 5-point harness system, release the stud clip at the bottom section of the back of the
child safety seat, as shown in Figure 34 and then pull out the cover of the headrest and the cover of
the inner padding of the child safety seat (Fig. 42).
5.2 Repeated installation of the 5-point safety harness system and cover
After washing place the cover back on the child safety seat.
Pull the central buckle through the opening and secure it at the other end (Fig. 44) , put back
protective buckle pads (Fig. 41). Pull through both ends of the straps with harness protection
through the openings in the backrest of the child safety seat (Fig. 47) and again secure it using the
metal split pin (Fig. 49). Secure one end of the main belt in the other split pin (Fig. 48) and lead its
other end through the opening in the backrest of the child safety seat, pull it through the harness
pads, and continue through the opening of one of the buckles (Note We recommend to first lock in
both metal buckles into the central buckle, which will provide its prover installation R/L) and going
from top to bottom, furthermore pull the belt under the seat (Fig. 46) and pull out its end
through the other side opening on the child safety seat. Pull its end through the other metal buckle.
Lead the belt in the direction going downwards, and then pull its end through harness pads using the
opening in the seat cover Pull it out on the other side and secure it in the split pin (Fig. 48).
5.3 Cleaning
Make sure that you are using only the original child safety seat cover, because it is vital for the proper
function of the child safety seat. Child safety seat replacement cover can be purchased at you seller
or at respective branches.
NOTICE: Child safety seat may not be used without seat cover.
Child safety seat cover may be removed and washed in a mixture of mild detergents and water
using the gentle wash cycle (30°C). Please observe the instructions on the care label
of the cover. The cover colors could fade it the cover was to be washed at temperature above 30 °C.
Do not spin and never dry in an electric dryer (fabric could separate from its filler part).
Plastic parts can be cleaned using soap water. Never use cream cleaners or thinners.
Child safety seat's moving parts cannot be greased in any way
do not use aggressive cleaning products (e.g. paint thinners).
Harness can be cleaner in mild soap water.
Warning! Never take out the buckle latches from the belts.
Wash at 30⁰C
Do not bleach
Do not dry
Do not iron
Do not dry clean.
