Electrical connections

All field electrical connections are the responsibility of the installer.
Please refer to the hydronic module manual.
WARNING
Make refrigerant connections before electrical connections.
Make ground connection prior to any other electrical connections.

Only for the 3Ph power supplied units this equipment complies with IEC 61000-3-12 provided that the short-circuit power
Ssc is greater than or equal to 1,32 MVA at the interface point between the user's supply and the public system. It is the
responsibility of the installer or user of the equipment to ensure, by consultation with the distribution network operator if
necessary, that the equipment is connected only to a supply with a short-circuit power Ssc greater than or equal to 1,32 MV.
Remove the front panel, the electric parts appear at the
front side.
The power supply cables can be inserted into the pipe
holes. Enlarge the pipe holes if they are too small.
Be sure to fix the power cable and indoor/outdoor
connecting cable with bundling band sold on the market
so that they do not make contact with the compressor and
the hot pipes.
To ensure good tensile strength, the electric cables must be
fastened using the cable-holder on the plate (See fig. 10).
IMPORTANT (1Ph units)
The ground wire for the indoor unit
outdoor unit connection cable must be
clamped to a soft copper tin-plated eyelet
terminal with M4 screw hole.
For the 3Ph units be sure to attach the provided
clamp filter and the supplied strain relief to the
power supply wire in order to conform to safety and
EMC standard. (See fig. 12)
