1) Switch the appliance on with the On/Off switch 9 .
Use speed level 1 for juicing fruit/vegetables containing a lot of liquid .
For drier fruit/vegetables, select speed level 2 .
You can use the following table as an orientation guide . Please bear in mind,
however, that the required speed may vary depending on the ripeness of the
fruit .

Pears (without stalk)
Apricots (without stone)
Cucumber (peeled)
Pineapple (peeled)
Oranges (peeled)

2) Hold the pusher 1 in one hand and feed the fruit or vegetable pieces with the
other hand into the feed tube 2 . Always use the pusher 1 to carefully press
the fruit/vegetable pieces into the feed tube 2 . While the fruit/vegetables
are being processed, insert further pieces into the feed tube .
Do not switch the appliance off .
NOTE
► Add carrots one after the other into the feed tube 2: the top of the carrot
must be at the bottom and the pointed end at the top .
