Cause
Current consumption of rotating beacon
too high or interruption to beacon.
No direction of traction is pre-selected on
pressing the throttle.
The controller detects no plausible current
consumption of the solenoid brake.
The controller detects no plausible throttle
signal.
Cable break.
Discharge voltage of battery reached. The
cleaning equipment can no longer be
started. The traction and lighting can be
activated.
More than the permissible battery capacity
consumed. All devices are switched off.
Machine can no longer be operated.
When switching on the key-operated
switch it is checked whether a button is
pressed. If so, a dashboard test is
possible.
Remedial measures
1. No optional rotating beacon:
- Message is displayed for 4 seconds on pressing the all-
round light button. The other machine functions are not
influenced. This is not an error.
2. Rotating beacon available:
- Check rotating beacon.
- Change halogen bulb.
- Check fuse F6. *
- Exchange with prescribed value.
Call customer service if the error still occurs despite rotating
beacon being connected.
- Select desired traction direction (forwards / reverse) before
pressing the throttle.
- Call customer service.
- Call customer service.
- Drive the machine to the charging station and charge the
battery.
- Release the front wheel brake manually (Attention! The
machine no longer has any active braking effect!).
- Push the unit to the charging station.
- Charge the battery.
- Do not press a button when switching on with the key-
operated switch.
Call customer service if the error still occurs.
