Cause
Seat contact switch is not activated.
Dirty water tank is full.
The controller temperature is critical.
xx = temperature display 0°C..99°C.
The communication between the
microprocessors of the controller has
broken down.
Motor current too high or interruption to
one or both linear actuators.
Main contactor already closed when the
key-operated switch is switched on
(contacts stick).
Message appears when key-operated
switch is switched on.
Checking of the motor electronics has
detected an error.
Message occurs during movement. The
traction is defective.
Remedial measures
- The unit only operates when the operator is sitting in the
seat.
Call customer service if the error still occurs.
- Empty the dirty water tank.
Call customer service if the error still occurs.
- Wait until the temperature has dropped to at least
59°C.
The current temperature can be requested by pressing the
Info button several times. Cleaning is no longer possible
above 60°C. The traction current is reduced. Above 70°C the
unit can only be driven on level ground. Optional lighting and
horn are still working.
- Call customer service.
- Check fuse F7. *
- Exchange with prescribed value.
