Select a day in the graphical cal-
endar and press the control key

ments have already been saved
are highlighted in white in the
calendar).
Select appointment for the day.
Press the display key and edit or
confirm the entry.
Open the menu for editing,
deleting and activating/deacti-
vating.

Alarms list if:

You do not accept an appointment/anni-
versary.

The appointment/anniversary was sig-
nalled during a phone call.

The handset is deactivated at the time of
the appointment/anniversary.

Automatic redial was activated at the
time of an appointment/anniversary

next appointment reminder will delete the
oldest entry.

is displayed with the last name
