Setting before exercising
Press the Select button to select training
parameters. You can set the training time,
distance or calorie consumption by pressing
the Speed+/- buttons.
Press the Start button to start exercising.
Adjust the speed by pressing the Speed +/-
buttons or 4/6/8/10/12/14/18.
Adjust the incline by pressing the Incline
+/- buttons.
When the set parameter is reached, the
treadmill automatically stops.
Training with an autoprogram
Press the Mode/Reset button to select an
autoprogram from P1 to P9 (see the table at
the back of this instruction manual).
The training time is 16 minutes, which
consists of 16 1-minute levels.
Press the Start button to start exercising.
The belt starts after 3 seconds
It is not possible to change the speed
manually during the training session,
as this is controlled by the computer's
autoprogram.
When the set time has passed, the treadmill
automatically stops.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the treadmill down regularly with a
well-wrung cloth.
Unplug the treadmill. Open the motor cover
and remove any dust from the motor and
sensor.
Check the condition of the treadmill
regularly and tighten any bolts, screws and
nuts as necessary.
