Screw the footplates (10) securely to the
frame (1) using washers (9) and bolts (8).
Screw the seat (52) to the slide (51) using
screws (48), spring washers (49) and
washers (50).
Screw the rear stabiliser (47) securely to the
rail (45) using washers (15), spring washers
(6) and bolts (46).

Connect the sensor wire (36) in the frame to
the sensor wire (35) in the rail.
Screw the rail (45) securely to the frame (1)
using a bolt (34), washers (37) and a nylon
nut (38) plus a washer (15) and the knob
(33).
Insert two 1.5 V AA batteries into the battery
compartment on the computer (8). Check
that the batteries are correctly fi tted.
The rowing machine is now assembled and
ready for use.
