Beep codes for fatal errors, which halt the boot process, are communicated
through a series of audible beeps. If AMIBIOS POST can initialize the
system video display, it displays the error message on the screen.
Displayed error messages, in most cases, let the system continue to boot.
Refer to
the CPV5300 CompactPCI BIOS and Programmer's Reference Guide
(part number CPV5300A/PGx) for information about the CPV5300 with
the PhoenixBIOS.
