Stacco silenziatore e tubo di scarico.
Svitare le viti (1) di fissaggio del silenziatore di scarico e rimuovere il silenziatore dopo averlo svincolato dal manicotto (2) di
collegamento al tubo di scarico. Fare attenzione nel rimontaggio, a posizionare correttamente i particolari del collegamento
antivibrante al telaio. Svitare la vite (3) di fissaggio posteriore del tubo di scarico.
Svitare la vite (4) di fissaggio anteriore.
Sganciare le molle (5) di tenuta sul cilindro; rimuovere la fascetta (A), la tubazione (B) della valvola aria secondaria e sfilare il tubo di
scarico (6) con relative guarnizioni.
Exhaust silencer and pipe removal.
Loosen screws (1) for fastening the exhaust muffler, then remove the muffler after its clearing from union (2) for the connection to the
exhaust pipe. When reassembling, correctly set all the elements that connect the vibration-damping devices to the frame. Loosen
screw (3) which fasten the exhaust pipe to the rear side.
Unscrew the front fastening screw (4).
Release the springs holding (5) ton the cylinder; remove the clamp (A), the secondary air valve hose (B) then extract the exhaust pipe (6)
with the relevant gaskets.
Démontage du silencieux et du tuyau d'échappement.
Desserrer les vis (1) qui fixent le silencieux d'échappement et ôter le silencieux après l'avoir ôté du manchon (2) de connexion au
tuyau d'échappement. Au remontage, veillez à ce que les éléments de connexion antivibratoires soient connectés corretement au
cadre. Desserrer la vis (3) de fixation arrière au tuyau d'échappement.
Dévisser la vis (4) de fixation antérieure.
Détacher les ressorts (5) qui fixent au cylindre; enlever le collier (A), le tuyau (B) de la soupape air secondaire et retirer le tuyau
d'echappement (6) avec garnitures relatives.
Ausbauen des Auspuff-Schalldämpfers und Rohr.
Die Befestigungsschrauben (1) des Auspuffdämpfers ausschrauben und den Dämpfer nach vorheriger Befreiung von der
Anschlußmuffe (2) zum Auspuffrohr entfer nen. Beim Wiedereinbau darauf achten, daß die Teile des
Schwingungsdämpferanschlusses am Gestell richtig positioniert sind. Die hintere Befestigungsschraube (3) des Auspuffrohrs lösen.
Die vordere Befestigungsschraube (4) losen. Die Haltefedern (5) am Zylinder aushaken. Ziehen Sie die Schelle (A) um, der sekundäre Luft
Ventilschlauch (B) zieht dann die Auspuffrohr (6) mit den relevanten Dichtungen.
Separación silenciador y tubo de descarga.
Desenroscar los tornillos (1) que aseguran el silenciador de escape y retirar el silenciador después de haberlo desacoplado del
manguito (2) de enlace al tubo de escape. Tener cuidado, cuando se vuelve a montar, en colocar correctamente las piezas del
acoplamiento antivibraciones con el bastidor.
Desenroscar el tornillo trasero (3) de sujeción del tubo de escape.
Desenroscar el tornillo (4) de fisaje delantero. Desenganchar los resortes (5) de tenida del cilindro;remover la banda (A), el tubo (B) de
la válvula aire secundario y desfilar el tubo de escape (6) con relativas guarniciones.
