4 - Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning the fruit juice cooler is important for you and your customer's health. It should be cleaned before
putting a new beverage in the tank. Otherwise, bacteria may exist in beverage and its taste may change.
Periodical cleaning should be performed for each beverage.
•
Unplug the cooler before cleaning and make sure that there is no electrical power on unit.
•
Do not clean the cooler with water warmer than 40 C or with volatile sub stance as like gasoline, thinner or
acetone. Otherwise, fruit juice may cause damage on plastic surface of cooler.
•
If you will not use it for a long time, unplug the cooler, keep dry the tap hose and the throttle gasket.
•
Remove the tank Example 1. Make sure that the metal bowl is wet.
•
Clean the taps of cooler separately in warm water for sterilization.
•
You may clean the pump scroll or mixer by removing and soaking them.
•
Remove the tank gasket.
•
Remove and empty droppers.
•
After cleaning is completed, place the tank gasket. Make sure that the metal bowl is wet.
•
Once the cooler is dry, plug in the cooler.
5 - Periodic Cleaning of Condenser
•
Unplug the cooler before cleaning and make sure that there is no electrical power on unit.
•
Loosen the bolts of cover, where the condenser cleaning warning is found, as shown in figure and remove
the cover by pulling the cover upwards.
•
Clean the condenser by vacuum cleaner or brush. This will prolong the cooler life and make it operate with
high performance. Do not touch the condenser with sharp objects or push on the panels.
6 - Adjusting the Thermostat
•
Unplug the cooler and make sure that there is no electrical power on unit.
•
Loosen the bolts of right side covers for 1 S -1 A models - Example 18, of rear cover for 2 55 - 2 SA- 2AA
models -Example 15, of right side and rear covers for 3 555 - 3 SSA- 3SAA- 3AM models remove the cover by
pulling it upward.
•
There are two thermostats for double model and three thermostats for triple model. Adjust the thermostats
evenly.
