4.4 Cutting meat

Meat is grilled from the outside to the inside. The inside meat is still raw.
Cutting thicknesses of 0.5mm to 8mm can be set. In order to do so, turn the
adjusting screw to the left (larger) or right (smaller).
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Check that the knife protector is correctly seated
Ensure a secure stand
Always work from top to bottom
Only cut grilled meat
Only turn the 7455.0075 on when it has been applied to the kebab

4.5 Cleaning procedure

WARNING
Risk of death!
Never remove the guard while the knife is still running and connected to a power supply!
Make sure that the battery pack has been removed from the unit before cleaning operation!
WARNING
Risk of injury!
The knife is sharp. Deep cuts can be caused.
When cleaning the unit, hold the housing so that the battery compartment faces upward and no water
can get into the unit.
It will be completely sufficient to wipe off the housing of the unit with a moist cloth.
Step 1: Remove the knife carefully
Step 2: Remove heavy soiling on the knife, protector with cleaning aids, such as sponges and brushes.
Step 3: Spray all surfaces with a fat solvent.
Step 4: Spray on disinfectant and allow it to take effect for at least 5 minutes.
Step 5: Rinse off 7455.0075, knife, protector and cleaning aids.
Step 6: Insert the new knife, screw on the fastening screw.
Step 7: Install the protector.
WARNING
Electric shock, device damage!
The unit must neither be immersed in water nor cleaned completely under running water.
Moisture damages the electric unit in the 7455.0075. This can result in injury from electric shock.
