Using the device

1 - Actions Before Operating the Cooler and the Safety Measures


Remove the cardboard box and the other packaging material around your Cooler. Check if any damage
occurred during transportation. In case of any damage, contact the carrier.

Start your cooler only 1 hour after it is delivered to you.

Never use heaters around your cooler. Excessive heat emanating from that kind of equipments would not
only affect the cooling capacity of your machine but also cause melting of its plastic parts.

Place your cooler on a flat and dry ground with the air freely circulating around it. A clearance of 15 cm at
the sides of and behind it could be adequate. Otherwise, your machine would get overheated and its cooling
performance would decrease. The adjustable feet of your cooler allow you to adjust its height Example 16.

2 - Installing and Operating Your Cooler


Check to see if the tap hoses of your cooler are mounted.

Place the dropper or droppers inside the tank as shown in Example 13 -14.

Clean the tank of your cooler with warm water before first use. Please do not use any chemicals at this
cleaning procedure. Avoid using cleaning materials that could scratch the surface of the tank of your fruit
juice cooler.

Your cooler is ready for use. Start using it by pouring the mixed fruit juice into the tank. If you are using
concentrated fruit juice, you can start using the machine by pouring the water first and then adding the
concentrated fruit into it. Otherwise, the concentrated fruit would stick on the surface of the tank.

Plug in the power cable of your cooler. Turn it on by moving the power mode switch to position 1. For full
operation, you should also move the ejection or mixing motor switches to position 1. Otherwise the cooler
would ice up because the mixers are not operating and in that case your machine wouldn't cool up or mix
the juice.

3 - Disassembling and Assembling the Parts

Before moving on to disassembling and assembling the parts, make sure your cooler is not connected to the
mains supply.
Removing the Tank;
• Remove the cover of the tank. Make sure that the metal bowl is wet.
• Remove the tank by moving it up and down as shown in Example 1. Once the throttle gasket gets released,
pull it upwards.
Mounting the Tank;
• Make sure that the metal bowl is wet. See if throttle gasket is mounted.
• Place the tank on the bowl and push it downwards. Once the tank frames are placed, the mounting is
completed. Example 2
Removing the Tap;
• Push the lever where PUSH is indicated. Pull up Example 3.
• After bolting off, pull the tap front downward as shown in Example 4.
Placing the Tap;
Place the tap-front in the tank. Tighten the tap bolt rightward, pushing the lever where PUSH is indicated.
Pull down.
Removing the Scroll (Pump) and the Mixer;
Remove the cover of the tank and unhook the scroll and mixer by turning them rightward as shown in Example
5-9. Then remove them by pulling upward. Example 6-10.
Placing the Scroll (Pump) and the Mixer;
Place the Scroll (Pump) and the Mixer on the tank Example 7-11. Then fasten them by turning left Example 8-12.
