Operating modes

5.5.1
Position "1":
Storage of lower cut-out points
1. Move the lifting carriages to the desired lower stop
with position "4" and position "5".
2. Set the encoding switch to position "1" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
and light in green when it is released.
3. Pressing the Enter button again stores the stops,
the LEDs flash alternately (green).
4. Pressing the Enter button again effects return to
point 2.
Possible faults: See Table 6.
5.5.2
Position "2": Equalisation of support arm
height differences
1. Align the lifting carriages as required with position
"4" and position "5" (height difference = 0).
2. Set the encoding switch to position "2" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
and light in green when it is released.
3. Pressing the Enter button again stores the stops, the
LEDs flash alternately (green).
4. Pressing the Enter button again effects return to
point 2.
Possible faults: See Table 6.

Position "3":
Storage of upper cut-out points
1. Move the lifting carriages to the desired upper stop
with position "4" and position "5".
2. Set the encoding switch to position "3" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
and light in green when it is released.
3. Pressing the Enter button again stores the stops, the
LEDs flash alternately (green).
4. Pressing the Enter button again effects return to
point 2.
Possible faults: See Table 6.
Problem
Both LEDs light in red after performing
step 3.

1. Set the encoding switch to position "4" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
2. The lifting carriage of the main column moves
upwards on pressing the "Lift" ("Heben") button;
LED1 flashes (red).
3. The lifting carriage of the main column moves
downwards on pressing the "Lower" ("Senken")
button; LED1 flashes (orange).

ATTENTION: The programmed end stops are not
monitored.

1. Set the encoding switch to position "5" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
2. The lifting carriage of the secondary column moves
upwards on pressing the "Lift" ("Heben") button;
LED2 flashes (red).
3. The lifting carriage of the secondary column moves
downwards on pressing the "Lower" ("Senken")
button; LED2 flashes (orange).

ATTENTION: The programmed end stops are not
monitored.
5.5.6
1. Move the lifting carriages to the desired stopping
point with position "4" and position "5".
2. Set the encoding switch to position "6" and press
the Enter button.
 The LEDs briefly go out whilst pressing the button
3. Pressing the Enter button again stores the stops, the
LEDs flash alternately (green).
4. Pressing the Enter button again effects return to
point 2.
Possible faults: See Table 6.
Cause
Power failure safe storage of parameters
in EEPROM not possible.
Position "4":
Main column support arm single traverse
and flash in green when it is released.
Position "5":
Secondary column support arm single
traverse
and flash in green when it is released.
Position "6": Storage of safety stop position
and additional acoustic signal on further
lowering of support arms
and light in green when it is released.
Remedy
Repeat calibration. The control system must
be replaced if the problem persists. Pressing
the Enter button in this status effects return
to step 2.
