Connecting the operating unit

3.3.1

Checking the hydraulic unit

1. Remove the screw on the left side of the operating
unit and open the unit.

1 Electric motor
2 Hydraulic unit with connections P, T, P1
3 Hole for bolt
4 Oil tank
2. Check the hydraulic unit:
$
Oil tank must be full.
$
No oil must have escaped.

If oil has escaped:
Clean up the oil with a cloth and fill the tank with
hydraulic oil until it is approx. half full.

Required hydraulic oil:
Mineral oil according to ISO 6743/4.
Purity level (ISO 4406): max. 18/15.
Examples: IP Hydro Oil 32 or Shell Tellus T 37.

Installing the hydraulic hoses

1. Connect the hydraulic hoses of the lifting platform
to the hydraulic unit as per the hydraulic routing
diagram.
