7. TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 Agitator does not work

Is unit plugged in?
no: plug unit in
yes: agitator defective, inform customer service

7.2 Pump feeds no water

Is unit plugged in?
no: plug unit in
yes: is three-way valve open?
no: open valve appropriately
yes: pump defective, inform customer
service

7.3 Cleaned water only drains slowly

Is it possible that filter is blocked?
Let the system run empty. Clean unit and put in new
filter.

7.4 Drained-off filtrate is cloudy

Has special separating agent RM 345 or RM 846 ASF
been added?
no: add special separating agent RM 345 ASF or
RM 846 ASF.
Transport dirty water again into the unit and
repeat separation process.
yes: Is the dosage amount right for the
contamination?
no: if necessary increase dosage
amount.
yes: check to see if filter is inserted
properly.
7.5 No obvious flocculation happening
in reaction container
Has special separating agent RM 345 ASF or RM 846
been added?
no: Add special separating agent RM 345 ASF
or RM 846 ASF.
yes: if necessary increase dosage amount.
