ATTENTION
Risk of damage
Water residues can damage the valve.
Drain the valve before storage.
1. Completely drain the valve.
2. Remove the batteries from the control
unit.

Malfunction
The gateway is not con-
necting to the WLAN net-
work.
The valves cannot con-
nect to the gateway.
The valve does not open/
close.

countries. We shall remedy possible mal-
functions on your device within the warran-
ty period free of cost, provided that a
material defect or manufacturing defect is
the cause. In a warranty case, please con-
tact your dealer (with the purchase receipt)
Valve
Meaning
Pairing phase (after pressing the Pairing/Reset but-
ton).
Unpairing.
Recovery mode, the factory settings are being re-
stored.

Troubleshooting guide

Cause
The WLAN router uses a
MAC Filter or another fire-
wall.
Obstacles are impairing the
radio signal between the
gateway and the valves.
The control unit is not
placed in the valve.
The batteries are empty.

3. Store the valve and control unit in a dry,
frost-free location.

Care and service

We recommend changing the control unit
batteries annually.
The condition of the batteries is displayed
in the KÄRCHER Home&Garden app.
Rectification
Enable the MAC address of the
gateway in your WLAN router.
Position the gateway in a different
location in your home. Where pos-
sible, in the vicinity of a window fac-
ing the watering valve
Insert the control unit into the
valve.
Replace the batteries in the control
unit.
or the next authorised customer service
site.
The warranty does not include damage to
plants.
