PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Intended use
Type 2503 Soft Close is designed for use with type 6724 valves.
General description
'Soft Close' electronic accessories have been developed
specifically for the type 6724 solenoid valve. Switching noise of
the valve is reduced significantly by the electronics. Values of < 20
dB(A) can be achieved.
The electronics switches the connected valve via an external
control signal. At the switching point, the operating voltage at
the valve is not switched on/off abruptly but 'gently' via a ramp
function.

Vorgesehener Einsatzbereich
Der Typ 2503 Soft Close ist für die Verwendung mit dem Ventil Typ
6724 konzipiert.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Die Zubehörelektronik „Soft Close" wurde speziell für das
Magnetventil Typ 6724 entwickelt. Durch die Elektronik wird das
Schaltgeräusch des Ventils deutlich reduziert. Es sind Werte <
20 dB(A) erreichbar.
Die Elektronik schaltet das angeschlossene Ventil über ein externes
Steuersignal. Im Schaltzeitpunkt wird die Betriebsspannung am
Ventil nicht schlagartig, sondern mittels einer Rampenfunktion
„sanft" ein- und ausgeschaltet.

Le type 2503 Soft Close est conçu pour être utilisé avec la vanne
type 6724.
Description générale
Le module électronique accessoire « Soft Close » a été développé
spécialement pour l'électrovanne type 6724. L'électronique permet
de réduire considérablement le niveau sonore de la vanne lors de
sa commutation. Il est possible d'atteindre des valeurs < 20 dB(A).
Le module électronique commute au moyen d'un signal de
commande externe la vanne raccordée. Au moment de la
commutation, la tension de service sur la vanne est mise en marche
et arrêtée non pas brusquement mais « en souplesse » par une
fonction de rampe.
