5.1 Replacing power cable
Attention!
Always replace defective mains connection cables.
Changes to the mains connection cable may only be carried out by qualified
electricians.
When replacing power cables, use at least the following types:
Motor type
F 460 Ex / F 460 Ex EL /
F 460-1 Ex
Empty pump, hose and fittings.
Do not remove the motor as long as there is still back-pressure within the
system.
With pressurised containers, the motor must only be taken off when the
container is depressurised.
Dirt, high humidity or material damage to the motor housing may lead to
dangerous electric shocks.
Repairs on explosion-proof motors may only be carried out by the manufac-
turer or by an authorised workshop (observe DIN EN 60079-19).
