In these cases, allow the appliance to cool down before using it again.
► After boiling, hold the eggs under cold, running water to prevent them from
continuing to cook. However, hard-boiled eggs that are to be stored longer should
not be shocked in cold water.

Boiling eggs to same hardness

Prepare the appliance as described in the section Preparations.
Turn the control switch
