6 Cleaning

Basic unit

– Always pull out the power plug before cleaning
– NEVER touch the ultrasonic membrane inside the hu-
midifier during operation. Danger: its vibrations can
cause injuries similar to burning!
– Never immerse the base and power cable in water or clean
under running water
– Never use abrasive cleaning agents and/or detergents
– Clean the casing with a damp cloth, and dry well afterwards.
Always pull out the power plug first, and never dampen it
when cleaning
– NEVER put the humidifier or any part of it in the dish-
washer!
