3. Filter cartridge life (optional)

– The filter cartridge life depends on your local water hard-
ness
Tip:
– You can easily check the cartridge condition as follows: Hold a
small mirror in the vapour for a few seconds. If there are any
white lime deposits on the mirror afterwards, you have to
change the cartridge
– After a while minerals and sludge residues collect in the wa-
ter tank. Since these can prevent your humidifier from work-
ing properly, always pour out the old water (with residues)
and rinse the tank well before refilling
– Fill the tank with fresh tapwater (max. tank capacity 3.7 l)
Notes:
– To prevent damage to your humidifier, never put perfume or
any other additives in the water tank
– Never overfill the water tank
