Nozzle blocked !

No water appears, though manometer shows full
pressure !

1. First rinse the hose free of residues !
2. A strong jet of water usually now appears!
3. If the lance only dribbles,
4. ...disconnect this and clean the nozzle !
5. Bend a paper clip straight and clean the nozzles!
a. Insert a sharp object into hole
b. and pull back cap!
c. Clean nozzle!
6. Only the front nozzle has to be cleaned in the flat jet
lance!
7. Check whether the nozzle is free!
8. It should now work like new!

Valve dirty or blocked !
- Manometer does not show full pressure
- HP hose vibrates!
- Water ejected jerkily!
- Valves may become blocked if the device is not used for
a long period of time

1. If a valve is blocked,
2. the manometer shows little or no pressure!
3. Or the HP hose vibrates!
4. Unscrew the valve with a ring spanner ...
5. ...remove the valve screw, valve and rubber ring.
6. Bend a paper clip straight ...
7 ...and clean the dirt from the valve - the valve must be
closed!
8. Replace the rubber ring firmly!
9. Retighten the valve screw!
10. ... and repeat for all 6 valves!
11. That's all there is to it!
