Installation
When connecting the mains water pipe to the cylinder, observe the following points:
• Use suitable individual fittings or a complete safety assembly, .
• Use a safety valve with a safety rating of no more than 10 bar.
• Fit the safety valve above a drainage cock.
• All connections must be connected free from forces and torques.
5.3.2

Flange-mounted immersion heater

These prerequisites must be met for electrical connections:
• The connections must be made by expert trained personnel according to electrical engineering
regulations and local rules.
• The supply voltage must match the voltage indicated on the nameplate.
• Electrical connections are to be realised according to the terminal plan.
• Use suitable installation material.
– Select the conductor cross-sections and fusing according to the electrical power used by the
device.
• The PE conductor connection must be made carefully. All metal parts of the storage cylinder
must be included in the safety measure.
Note!
Please observe the instructions for the flange-mounted immersion heater!
5.3.3

Temperature control equipment connection

Install the temperature sensor in the appropriate sensor sleeve.
With the 300 and 500 litre cylinders, the sensor is connected from above.
