Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
reflex 'V Vorschaltgefäß' ist ein Druckgerät. Es besteht
aus einem Druckraum, der im Betrieb mit 100% Wasser
gefüllt ist. Die Konformität im Anhang bescheinigt die
Übereinstimmung mit der Richtlinie 97/23/EG hinsichtlich
Konstruktion, Fertigung und erstmaliger Prüfung beim
Hersteller. Die gewählte technische Spezifikation zur
Erfüllung der grundlegenden Sicherheitsanforderungen
des Anhangs I der Richtlinie 97/23/EG ist dem Typenschild
bzw. der Konformitätserklärung zu entnehmen.
Montage, Betrieb, Prüfung vor Inbetriebnahme,
wiederkehrende Prüfungen
nach den nationalen Vorschriften, in Deutschland nach
der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung. Entsprechend sind
Montage und Betrieb nach dem Stand der Technik durch
Fachpersonal und speziell eingewiesenes Personal durch-
zuführen. Erforderliche Prüfungen vor Inbetriebnahme,
nach wesentlichen Veränderungen der Anlage und wie-
derkehrende Prüfungen sind vom Betreiber einer zuge-
lassenen Überwachungsstelle anzuzeigen. Empfohlene
Prüffristen siehe Abschnitt „Prüffristen". Es dürfen nur
reflex 'V Vorschaltgefäße' ohne äußere sichtbare Schäden
am Druckkörper installiert und betrieben werden.
Veränderungen am Gefäß,
z. B. Schweißarbeiten oder mechanische Verformungen
sind unzulässig. Beim Austausch von Teilen dürfen nur
Originalteile des Herstellers verwendet werden.
Parameter einhalten
Angaben zum Hersteller, Baujahr, Herstellnummer sowie
die technischen Daten sind dem Typenschild zu entneh-
men. Es sind geeignete sicherheitstechnische Maßnahmen
zu treffen, damit die angegebenen zulässigen max. und
min. Betriebsparameter (Druck, Temperatur) nicht über-
bzw. unterschritten werden.
Korrosion, Inkrustation
reflex 'V Vorschaltgefäße' sind aus Stahl gefertigt, außen
beschichtet und innen roh. Ein Abnutzungszuschlag
(Korrosionszuschlag) wurde nicht vorgesehen. Der Einsatz
darf nur in atmosphärisch geschlossenen Systemen mit
nicht korrosiven und chemisch nicht aggressiven und nicht
giftigen Wassern erfolgen. Der Zutritt von Luftsauerstoff
in das gesamte Heiz- und Kühlwassersystem durch
Permeation, Nachspeisewasser usw. ist im Betrieb zuver-
lässig zu minimieren. Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen sind
nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik auszulegen, zu
installieren und zu betreiben.
Wärmeschutz
In Heizwasseranlagen ist bei Personengefährdung
durch zu hohe Oberflächentemperaturen
Betreiber ein Warnhinweis in der Nähe des reflex
'V Vorschaltgefäßes' anzubringen.
Aufstellungsort
Eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit des Aufstellortes ist unter
Beachtung der Vollfüllung des reflex 'V Vorschaltgefäßes'
mit Wasser sicherzustellen. Für das Entleerungswasser
ist ein Ablauf bereitzustellen, erforderlichenfalls ist eine
Kaltwasserzumischung vorzusehen. Eine Aufstellung in
erdbebengefährdeten Gebieten ist nicht zulässig.
Das Missachten dieser Anleitung, insbesondere der
Sicherheitshinweise, kann zur Zerstörung und Defekten
am reflex 'V Vorschaltgefäß' führen, Personen gefährden
sowie die Funktion beeinträchtigen. Bei Zuwiderhandlung
sind jegliche Ansprüche auf Gewährleistung und Haftung

General safety instructions
'reflex 'V In-line vessels' are pressure devices.
They consist of a pressure space, which is filled
during operation with 100% water. The attached
conformity certification certifies the compliance with
the directive 97/23/EC for the construction, the
manufacturing and 1st test at factory. The technical
specification selected to fulfill the fundamental safety
requirements of annex I of the directive 97/23/EC
can be found on the nameplate or conformity
declaration.
Mounting, operation, test before operation,
regular check-up
according to the governing local regulations. The
installation and the operation to be performed to the
state of the art by skilled installation technicians and
specially trained personnel. An approved inspection
body must be notified of necessary tests before
operation and after major changes in the installati-
on, as well as of periodic inspections. For recom-
mended inspection intervals, see section "Periodic
Inspection". Only reflex 'V In-line vessels' without
visible external damage to the pressure body may
be installed and operated.
Changes to the vessel
for instance welding operations or mechanical defor-
mations are not permitted. Only original parts of the
manufacturer may be used when replacing parts.
Adherence to the parameters
Details concerning manufacturer, year of manufac-
ture, serial number and the technical data are pro-
vided on the nameplate. Suitable safety measures
must be taken to ensure the specified permissib-
le maximum and minimum operating parameters
(pressure, temperature) are adhered to.
Corrosion, incrustation
reflex 'V In-line vessels' are made of steel, coated
on the outside and untreated on the inside. No wear
allowance (corrosion allowance) has been provided
for. They may only be used in atmospherically
closed systems with non-corrosive and chemically
non-aggressive water. The ingress of atmospheric
oxygen into the entire heating and cooling water
system through permeation, water replenishment,
etc., must be reliably minimised in operation. Water
treatment facilities are to be designed, installed and
operated according to state of the art.
Thermal protection
vom In water heating systems, a warning instruction must
be provided by the operator near the reflex 'V In-line
vessel' if persons are at risk from excessive surface
temperatures.
Place of installation
It must be ensured that the place of installation
has an adequate load-carrying capacity, taking into
account the reflex 'V In-line vessel' will be filled with
water. A drain must be provided for the drainage
water, cold water admixture must be provided if
required. Installation in earthquake zones is not
permissible.
Failure to heed these instructions especially the
safety instructions can result in the destruction of
and defects on the in-line vessel, endanger per-
sons and impair operation. Any claims for warranty
and liability are excluded if these instructions are
violated.
