Installation

1. Unpack all the parts.
2. Feed the aerial over the wire aerial.
Use
1. Find a suitable spot for the base station (choose a spot which is not close to an inter-
ference source such as cordless telephones, fluorescent lamps, microwave ovens,
etc.). If there is interference in the wireless transmission, try an alternative spot.
2. Place the speakers in a suitable spot (range up to 30 m unimpeded). The left
speaker is marked "L" and the right "R".
3. Connect the audio cable stereo plug to an audio output: radio, MP3-player, etc.
4. Connect the mains adaptor to the base station and speakers. Please note that
there are 2 adapters for the speakers and one for the base station – do not confuse
the mains adaptors with one another! Insert batteries (LR6 × 6) in accordance with
the markings in the speakers if you do not have access to a wall socket.
5. Start the playback on the connected audio source and adjust the volume on
the connected audio source. A stronger input signal into the transmitter
will create less background noise in the speakers. The green control lamp
will come on when the transmitter receives a signal. If the green control lamp
does not come on or go off when music is played, the volume of the audio
source needs to be raised. The transmitter will shut off after a minute if no
signal is received or if the signal is too weak.
6. Switch on both speakers by turning the [ON/OFF/Volume] knob.
7. Press SCAN once to search for radio signal. The control light on the speakers
is red when a signal cannot be found and green when a signal from the base
station is received.
8. Try changing channel if there is interference. Switch over to 1 or 2 on the base station.
9. Adjust the volume.
