CONNECTING HELIOS TO A PC

You will need software that allows you to write to and read from the computer's
serial port. The communications parameters are:
HyperTerminal
You can also use HyperTerminal that comes with Windows 95. To establish a
connection, start HyperTerminal and select "New Connection" from the file menu.
In the dialogue that appears, type in Helios for the name and choose an icon. Key
OK. In the next dialogue box select "Direct to COM1" and key OK.
Fill in the COM 1 properties dialogue box as shown below.
Then from the FILE menu select PROPERTIES and then click on the SETTINGS tab.
Fill in the dialogue box as shown below. Click on OK.
