CONTINUOUS Sets the system to pump continuously to waste. Alternate

AIR GAP
Sets the gap between the trailing meniscus of the current
sample and the leading meniscus of the next sample. The gap
is measured to the nearest centimetre.
For best results set the airgap no less than 8cm from the flowcell.
