Hängen Sie nun das Trainingsbuch (V) auf Augenhöhe in die Sprossenwand (O) ein.
Anschließend hängen Sie die Liegebank (T) in die Sprossenwand (O) ein. Hängen Sie diese erst oben in die
Metallhalterung ein und drücken Sie diese dann unten zur Sprossenwand.
Zum Rausnehmen der Liegebank, diese erst ausklappen und dann leicht anheben.

You can now hang up your Training Manual (V) at eye level on the ladder wall as shown in illustration.
NOTE, it is very important that when fitting your Bench that it is the correct way round, the wooden groove is always at the
bottom and the steel lip up at the top. With the cushion facing outwards and the steel lip at the top, lift and rest the steel
lip of bench onto the steel groove on the machine, you may need to go in at a small angle. Push into place. The Bench
should sit rested flush against the machine.

Suspendez maintenant le livre d'entraînement (V) à hauteur des yeux dans l'espalier (O). Accrochez ensuite
le banc (T) dans l'espalier (O).
Accrochez-le tout d'abord en haut dans le support métallique et poussez-le vers le bas vers l'espalier.
