Use as directed

The CRD 47 MP3 is a Coach CD radio for
mobile use. It can be operated alone as an
independent device or in combination with a
control panel.
It is installed in a 1 DIN slot in the instrument
panel of a bus.
You can connect a CCA control panel, the
CDC A 08T CD changer and other playback
devices to the CRD 47 MP3 (see chapter
"External audio sources").
The operating voltage is 24 V, the output
power 2 x 20 watt.

Road safety
Road safety has absolute priority.

Familiarise yourself with the
device before setting off on your
journey.

Only operate the device if the
road and traffi c conditions allow
you to do so.
You should always be able to hear
police, fi re and ambulance sirens in
good time from inside your vehicle.

For this reason, listen to your car
sound system at a suitable
volume level during your journey.
Notes about the installation
Use the supplied installation frame
for installing the CRD 47 MP3 and the
supplied cables and connectors for
the electrical connections.
Notes about the CD drive!
The device contains a Class 1 laser
that can cause injuries to your eyes.
Repair and maintenance should be
performed only by trained personnel!

Disposal of old unit

Do not dispose of your old device in
the household trash!
Use the return and collection systems
available to dispose of the old device.
