Cleaning the basket
The basket is removed by unscrewing a screw located on the back and pulling it upwards. The roof of
the machine will be completely clear. Clean the basket and place it on the roof of the machine by fitting
the leg of the same in its respective recess and screwing the screw again (Figs. 15-16).
Important Notice
The normal use of the machine may cause the plastic parts that are exposed to juice to turn of the fruit
colour. This is completely normal and does not imply a hygiene problem or affect the physical properties
of the plastic.
The reference 0508024A-1 Drip tray and the reference V0293A-1 Nut GP must not be subjected to
temperatures higher than 40°C, so they should never be washed in very hot water or in a dishwasher;
if they are deformed by heat, the warranty will not apply.

6.9. ADVICE FOR USE

•
Always make sure you are using the right squeezing set of Balls, Cups for the size of fruit you wish
to squeeze. If the fruit to squeeze is too big or too small for the squeezing kit used, the quality of the
juice may decrease, resulting in a bitter juice flavour.
•
To get as juice as possible, it is desirable that the Cups are not much larger than the fruit you are
using.
•
If the orange has a very thin peel, we recommend that you add a washer reference V0133 to each
of the squeezing balls (Fig. 9).
•
For the squeezing of pomegranates, it is recommended to remove the crown of the peel to optimize
the squeezing.
•
We recommend to switch off the machine when is not in use (Fig. 6).

6.10. SAFETY SYSTEMS

The machine is equipped with several safety systems:
If the basket is incorrectly positioned, the machine will not work and the display panel will

show Error. The basket will appear shaded intermittently.
