10. Servicing
10.1 General servicing
The unit should be serviced once annually by Wag-
ner Service.
1. Check the high-pressure hoses, unit connection
line and plug for damage.
2. Check the inlet valve, the outlet valve, dia-
phragms and filters for wear.
3. Check the oil level.
4. Change the oil if necessary.
10.2 Oil level check
Check the oil level once every six months.

1. Unscrew the oil dipstick (fig. 15, item 1) with the
19 mm spanner.
2. The oil level should be visible between the mark-
ings (see arrow) on the unscrewed oil dipstick.
3. Top up the oil if necessary, for the oil type, see
under Oil change 10.3, page 35.

10.3 Oil change
Change the oil every 500 operating hours or once an-
nually.

Do not drain off old oil into the sewage
system or the ground. Ground water con-
tamination is a punishable offence. Return
the old oil when you buy hydraulic oil.

1. Unscrew the oil dipstick with a 19 mm spanner.
2. Place the unit upside down over a collection
container so that the old oil runs out.
3. Fill up with suitable hydraulic oil: 0.7 litres
Hydraulic oil: NUTO H 22 (ESSO)

During opening, air can enter the hydraulic
system. It is therefore necessary to bleed the
system.

10.4 High-pressure hose
Check high-pressure hose optically for any cuts or
bulges in particular at the connection to the fitting. Union
nuts must be able to be turned freely.
11. Repairs on the unit
Switch off unit.
Pull mains plug from the socket before
all repairs.

11.1 Inlet valve trigger (fig. 16)
1. Screw out inlet valve trigger with spanner
17 mm.
2. Carefully remove the seals (1), the com-
pression spring presses against the seals.

3. Fit new seals.
