Possible cause
Incorrect irrigation flow rate adjustment.
Faulty micro-motor cord connector electrical
contacts.
Faulty micro-motor electrical contacts.
Micro-motor cord wires cut.

Tip worn or distorted.
Incorrect power adjustment.
Incorrect use: incorrect angle of attack or
inadequate pressure on the tooth.
Liquid or moisture present between
handpiece and cord.
Incorrect tip tightening.
Faulty connector contact.
Handpiece cord wire cut.
Handpiece light ring absent.
Faulty light ring.
Faulty light ring connector contacts.

Adjust the irrigation flow rate.
Clean the electrical contacts of the micro-
motor cord connectors.
Clean the electrical contacts of the micro-

Return to SATELEC after-sales to replace the
cord.
Return to SATELEC after-sales to replace the
motor.
Replace the tip.
