Troubleshooting

If malfunctions occur, check the following:
Is the appliance on a level surface?
Is there sufficient ventilation?
Is the electricity or gas supply working properly?
Are all electrical contacts OK?
Does the voltage match that stated on the type plate?
Is the thermostat switched on for mains operation?
Is the gas cylinder valve open?
Did you press the igniter long enough?
Is there any gas left in the cylinder?
Are multiple energy sources connected at the same time?
Have you put hot food in?
Is the cooling area overfilled or packed too densely?
If the malfunctions persist despite these checks, contact the WAECO branch
in your country (see the address on the back of the instruction manual) or
your specialist dealer, stating the appliance type and serial number on the
type plate. Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised specialist.
