Die standardmäßigen HD-SDI-Schnittstellen unterstützen den Y-Cb-Cr-Farbraum (sowohl rechtlicher als auch
kompletter Bereich) mit 4:2:2-Farbunterabtastung.
Die Dual-Link-HD-SDI-Schnittstelle kann für die Übertragung eines einfachen 4:4:4-Bildes mit einer Farbtiefe
von 10 oder 12 Bit pro Komponente verwendet werden. Sowohl RGB (XYZ)- als auch Y-Cb-Cr-Farbräume
werden unterstützt.
