cies takes place on the two channels in turn. This imitates the
technique of a manual massage which always takes place in the
direction of the venous return (i.e. from the extremities to the he-
art). Particular care should be taken when placing the electrodes
in order to achieve the best possible effect in terms of promoting
circulation. To ensure correct application, account should be
taken of the following rules:
1. Use at least two channels (e.g. A and B). Place the electro-
des on the back or an extremity (e.g. thigh.
2. Place the channels in direction of the venous return (to the
heart, see fi g. with example for channel A and B) or on the
upper back in direction of the heart.

Legs-bum-tum massage
Legs-bum-tum - these are the areas of the body that women
consider most often problematic. The reason for this is the
elasticity of the tissue and the special structure of the fat cells
in these areas. Both favor collection of fat and water: the curves
become „soft" and often so-called orange peel skin develops on
the bottom and upper thighs. Good toning of the legs, bottom and
stomach musculature can prevent the relaxation of the corre-
sponding body parts and the resulting negative results for the
fi gure.
With the Legs-bum-tum massage, you can stimulate specifi c
muscle work and thereby support the increase in muscle tone
and improve the resulting tension of the skin.
Application frequency: min. 8 weeks, min. 2-3 times per week,
afterwards 1 time per week
Stimulation intensity:
maximum bearable intensity but not painful
Electrode positioning:
If possible, place the electrodes in such
a way that the zone to be treated is com-
pletely fl owed with current.
Additional notes:
Combine the Legs-bum-tum massage
with a healthy nutrition and regular active
fi tness training. We recommend subse-
quent use of the Circulation Massage as
an effective supplement
Circulation massage
Under unfavorable conditions, insuffi cient blood circulation can
lead to the collection of blood and lymph. At the ends of the
lower extremities, this phenomenon can be seen, e.g. as swollen
ankles and feet, and can lead to an uncomfortable feeling of
heaviness and tension in the affected limbs.
The program Circulation massage contributes to the effective
removal of the swelling causing pain and unpleasant heavy and
tense feelings. The physiological modes of action which could
possibly explain the reduction of the swelling effect through
neuromuscular electrical stimulation are listed in a study [1] as
follows:
1. activation of the muscle vein pump to increase venous blood
refl ow and reduce venous stasis,
2. activation of the venous foot pump to increase venous blood
refl ow,
