The program Anaerobic endurance training supports you to im-
prove your performance capacity in the above-mentioned sports
types, for example. It promotes a greater tolerance of increa-
sed lactic acid concentrations and the improvement of muscle
resistance to fatigue.
Note: We recommend using the program Relaxation after parti-
cularly intensive training.
Strength and speed training
The following types of sport require both strength and speed:
competitive cycling, time-based swimming, team sports such
as football, handball and volleyball. This program helps you to
maximize the strength as well as the contraction speed of the
stimulated muscles through the unique type of muscle contracti-
on and the extreme effort required.
Note: By subsequent use of the program Relaxation you can
enhance the effect achieved through training even more.
Cross training
The program Cross training comprises different work-out se-
quences and is aimed especially at recreational sportspeople
who want to achieve a good level of fi tness in all types of muscle
activity (aerobic and anaerobic endurance, strength, speed and
explosive strength). High performance athletes should however
also use the program Cross training at the start of the season
or after longer periods of inactivity to get their muscles used to
all the different types of load again. The training sessions can
subsequently be specifi ed and increased as required.

Training follow-up

Relaxation
The program is recommended for use after training and competi-
tive sport. It is based on medical applications and aims to release
tense muscles increase the blood circulation and relieve pain.
This program helps regenerate your muscles more quickly after
experiencing intensive loads. The program should be used within
3 hours of training and should be supported by a hot shower and
large liquid intake, for example. You will generally start feeling
that pleasant relaxing sensation during application. You can
intensify the effect by a follow-up treatment after approximately 6
to 8 hours where muscles have been particularly worked.
New strength
The program New Strength perfect as a supplement or replace-
ment for an active training session to restore your muscles „on
the day after". Light aerobic muscle training in the form of a light
non-tiring permanent contraction favors a pain reducing effect
and an increase in the circulation.
Stretching
The program Stretching works on the physiological principle of
reciprocal innate refl exes and can cause distinctive loosening
of the musculature. Accompanying the user's active stretching
exercises, the electrodes are placed on the agonist muscle which
is thought to lead to intensifi cation of the stretching effect.
Pain relief/TENS therapy
Acute Pain I
The program Acute Pain I is optimally suitable for acute pains
and neuropathic or chronic pains. By a continuous stimulation the
nerves get calmed pleasantly and the pains can get relieved. This
program can be suitable among other things for the treatment of
different types of migraine.
Acute Pain II
The program Acute Pain II is especially suitable to prevent
therapy resistance. So the program fi nds application in case of
acute pain but in particular in case of chronic pain. By a frequen-
cy modulation where the used channel pair stimulates identically,
the impact can be particularly effective and relieving.
Muscle pain
With this program the pain area is stimulated by a continuous
stimulation. The stimulation runs as follows: 10 minutes at 100
Hz, then 10 minutes at 4 Hz, then 10 minutes at 100 Hz.
