Program overview

Program overview The Saneo4SPORT offers the possibility to
activate/use program packages specially adapted on the different
training and therapy aims. A distinction is made between the
following packages:

- Strength training

- Motion training
- Endurance training
- TENS therapie
- Massage therapie
Furthermore there is the pro version. It contains all program
packages and offers in addition further advantages like e.g. the
creation and revising of personal and preset programs. To this
and to the other advantages of the pro version you fi nd further
Strength training
The strength training package is primarily aimed at persons whose main emphasis is laid on the muscle buildup.
The programs are specially cut out for types of sport where a good shaping of the musculature is demanded.

The above listed training packages contain correspondingly ad-
justed programs from the sectors of the training preparation, mu-
scle training, support of active types of sport, training follow-up
and pain relief.
On the following pages you fi nd detailed information on the single
programs of the respective program packages
The following tables list all programs (Prog) with type and
description (if TENS with range of application and mode of
operation), duration in min, the respective areas of the applied
frequency in Hz and the pulse width in µs of the respective pro-
gram packages.
