- In case of danger for the user or for the machine, you must use the main switch to
switch off the electric supply of the machine ;
- Remove the electric plug before every maintenance and service operation ;
- Don't touch the blade even when stopped ;
- If you need to change the blade, have this done by your authorised distributor ;
- Make sure that you wear anti-cut protective gloves and safety shoes
when replacing the cutters or carrying out operations in the vicinity of the blades ;
- All maintenance or part changing operations are to be carried out by a qualified person ;
Use the diagrams (page 16) to use the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch (located at the
backside of the machine).
Procedure to use the machine :
1. Open the cover;
2. Put the bread on the right table;
3. Close the cover ;
4. Push on the rotary button to choose the thickness from 6 to 25 mm (upper screen (B));
5. Push again on the rotary button (A) and choose the slicing type (lower screen (C)):
- 1 - 2 : Slicing in half ;
- ALL : Slicing all the bread ;
- 1 to 99 : Slicing of 1 to 99 slice needed.
6. Push on the green button (D) to start the slicing ;
7. When the green button flashing, open the cover to take you bread out and pack it.

Capacity : 2.000 breads / day
Safety :
- Opening the crumb collector stops the machine from operating.
- Pushing on red button (E) stops the current slicing.
