DRIP TRAY MISSING

COFFEE SPOUT MISSING
CHECK BEAN CONTAINER
Cause/Result
The drip tray is not inserted
correctly or is not inserted at
all. You cannot prepare any
coffee products, hot water or
milk products.
The IMPRESSA is prompting
you to start a rinse operation or
continue a started maintenance
programme.
The cover of the dual spout is
either missing or not correctly
fitted.
The catch of the bean container
is not pulled completely to the
front. The grinder cannot draw
in any coffee beans.
7 Display messages
Action
T Clean and dry the metal
contacts on the back of the drip
tray.
T Insert the drip tray.
T Press the rinse button to start
rinsing or to continue the main-
tenance programme.
T Fit the cover of the dual
spout and ensure that it snaps
correctly in place.
T Open the cover on the back
of the machine.
T Pull the catch completely to
the front.
