Possible cause
The PS cable is short-circuited.

Solution
Disconnect the cable from the starter and use an
ohmmeter across the leads in turn to locate the
fault.
See Chapter '9 Maintenance'.

Clean the ducts.

Check the transport velocity.
Re-dimension the duct system or add an extra
suction source.
Check the duct system valves.
Check the function of the filter cleaning.

Adjust the pressure.

Check the hose dimension.
Check the valve and air pressure.

Clean or replace the air lines, valve and/or
cylinder.
•
Filter incoming compressed air.
Replace the cylinder and/or valve.
Contact your nearest authorized distributor or
Nederman for technical advice.
Extend the cleaning interval.
