Der Schwader ist für den Versand
aus Gründen der Platzersparnis
teilweise demontiert und kann mit
wenigen Handgriffen für den
praktischen Einsatz hergerichtet
werden.
1. Für den Versand sind die linken
Zinkenträger im rechten Kreisel,
die rechten Zinkenträger im linken
Kreisel aufgesteckt.
Die Zinkenträger sind zu tauschen
und auf die vorgesehenen Kreisel
aufzustecken.
2. Das Fahrgestell jedes Kreisels
ist von der Höheneinstellspindel
getrennt und nach hinten an die
Maschine herangeklappt.
Die Achse ist nach vorn zu
schwenken und mit Spannstift und
Hülse mit der Höheneinstellspindel
zu verbinden. Vor dem ersten
Ausklappen der Ausleger, Achse
über Verstellspindel so weit
herausdrehen, daß die Maschine
durch die Räder nach dem
Ausklappen getragen wird.
3. Schutzbügel und Warntafeln
montieren.

Shipment
For reasons of space the
windrower is shipped partially
dismantled, but can be assembled
by a few handles to be ready for
practical work.
1. During shipment the LH tine
carriers are attached to the RH
rotor and the RH tine carriers are
attached to the LH rotor. Remove
all tine carriers and attach each of
them to the correct rotor.
2. During shipment the running
gear of each rotor is detached
from the height adjusting spindle
and folded to the rear towards the
machine body.
Swing the axle to the front and
attach to the height adjusting
spindle using the roll pin and
bushing provided for this purpose.
Prior to swinging the rotors down
for the first time, position arms,
axle and adjusting spindle in such
a way that the machine is carried
safety by the wheels if the rotors
are lowered.
3. Install protective guards and
warning plates.

Expédition
Pour des raisons de place les
andaineurs sont partiellement
assemblés lors de l'expédition.
L'assemblage ne requiert que peu
de gestes.
1. Durant l'expédition les bras de
fourche gauches sont encastrés
dans la toupie droite et les bras de
fourche droits sont encastrés dans
la toupie gauche. Déposer tous les
bras de fourche et les encastrer
dans la toupie qui leur est
destinée.
2. Durant l'expédition le train de
roulement toupie gauche et droite
est détaché de la broche de
réglage en hauteur et orienté en
arrière vers la machine. Pivoter
l'essieu en avant et le fixer à la
broche de réglage en hauteur en
utilisant la goupille de serrage et la
douille prévues à cet effet. Avant
de déployer les toupies pour la
première fois, régler les bras,
l'essieu et la broche de réglage de
façon à ce que la machine repose
en sûreté sur les roues après le
déploiement des toupies.
3. Monter le cadre protecteur et les
plaques d'avertissement.
