Troubleshooting
DANGER
Risk of electric shock.
Risk of injury! Switch off the power switch
with all maintenance and repair work.
Pull the mains plug and secure it against
being plugged in again
DANGER
Risk of injury on account of the emanating
water jet that could be hot!
Fault
Water stream is uneven.
Inadequate or no flow of de-
tergent
Pressure does not build up
in the pump
High pressure pump is
knocking; manometer (op-
tion) is swaying wildly
The installation does not
start when switched on or
when pressing the remote
control (optional).
Pump starts during the
stand-by period and not
when the hand spray gun is
opened.
Installation does not switch
off.
DANGER
Risk of accident while working on the unit!
During all tasks:
– Close locking tap of fresh water.
– Let the hot parts of the plant cool down.
– Depressurise the plant by opening all
hand-spray guns.
Who may remedy faults?
 Operator
Work designated with the sign "Opera-
tor" may only be carried out by persons
Possible cause
Nozzle is blocked.
Amount of water supply is too low.
Dosage adjusted too low.
Nozzle is set to "High pressure".
Suction filter in the detergent tank is
dirty.
Detergent suck hose leaking.
Manual detergent dispensing valve oc-
cluded, defective.
Nozzle is set to "CHEM"
Air in the high pressure pump
Suction site pipe leaking.
Not enough water
Sieve in the water inlet is dirty
High pressure hose leaking.
Piping leaking.
Flow regulator defective.
The valve in the pump is defective.
Vibration dampener is defective.
Water pump does not suck in adequate
air.
Detergent container is empty
Water flow temperature too hot.
Water flow blocked.
Valve plate or valve spring is defective. Replace parts
Advance pump calcified or defective.
Appliance switch is switched off
On-board electricity supply interrupted. Turn it on.
Pressure switch is defective
Motor protection switch was trigged by
overflow or loss of a phase of the elec-
tricity supply.
Motor protection switch is set incorrect-
ly.
Motor protection switch for controls and
advance pressure pump triggered.
Control safety transformer defective.
Circuit board defective.
Pressure switch or pressure switch ca-
ble defective.
Pump is drawing in air over the empty
detergent tank.
Pressure switch is defective.
Remedy
Clean the nozzle.
Check water supply.
Increase dose.
Set nozzle to "CHEM".
Clean the suction filter.
Replace suck hose.
Check; clean, replace, if required.
Set nozzle to "High pressure".
Ventilate the appliance (see "System start-
up")
Check screw fittings and hoses.
Ensure adequate water supply.
Clean sieve.
Replace high pressure hose.
Repair piping system.
Test flow regulator, repair.
Replace valve.
Replace vibration dampener.
Check suction system and remove leaks.
Refill detergent tank.
Lower water temperature.
Clean sieve in the water inlet, check the water
flow.
Check advance pump.
Turn it on.
Replace pressure switch.
Check the voltage of the three phases.
Adjust according to circuit diagram.
Check motor protection switch.
Examine the cause, replace the control safety
device.
Check circuit board, replace if required.
Replace the pressure switch or cable.
Refill the detergent tank, ventilate suction
line.
Replace pressure switch.
