Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde
Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Qualitätsprodukt aus dem Hause Dentaurum
Implants entschieden haben.
Damit Sie dieses Produkt sicher und einfach zum größtmöglichen Nutzen für sich
und die Patienten einsetzen können, muss diese Gebrauchs an wei sung sorgfältig
gelesen und beachtet werden.
In einer Gebrauchsanweisung können nicht alle Gegebenheiten einer möglichen
Anwendung beschrieben werden. Bei Fragen und Anregungen können Sie sich gerne
an unsere Hotline (+ 49 72 31 / 803 - 560) wenden.
Aufgrund der ständigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte empfehlen wir
Ihnen auch bei häufiger Verwendung des gleichen Produktes immer wieder das

Leistungsmerkmale, technische Beschreibung
Für die prothetische Versorgung der tioLogic ® TWINFIT Implantate enthält
das tioLogic ® TWINFIT Implantatsystem speziell aufeinander abgestimmte
Instrumente, Aufbau- und Zubehörkomponenten. Es dürfen ausschließlich die
Originalkomponenten des tioLogic ® TWINFIT Implantatsystems nach Maßgabe der
Gebrauchsanweisungen / Handbücher miteinander kombiniert werden.
Der Aufbau wird vom Zahnarzt / Zahntechniker entsprechend des individuellen
Patientenfalls ausgewählt.
Die Auswahl des Aufbaus ist vom Implantatdurchmesser und von der
Schleimhautdicke abhängig.
Zur Erleichterung der Aufbauauswahl (Gingivahöhe und Angulation) auf dem
Modell, stehen Auswahlhilfen mit konischer und mit platform-Anschlussgeometrie
für die Aufbaulinien S, M und L zur Verfügung.

Die Titanaufbauten tioLogic TWINFIT sind prothetische Komponenten zur

Einzelzahn- und Brückenversorgung von tioLogic ® TWINFIT Implantaten.

Titanaufbau tioLogic TWINFIT
®
Alle Titanaufbauten tioLogic ® TWINFIT stehen in konischer und in platform-
Anschlussgeometrie für die Aufbaulinien S, M und L zur Verfügung.
Die geraden und abgewinkelten (S 15°, M 20°, L 20°) Titanaufbauten können
entsprechend dem Gingivaverlauf (gerade 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 4.0 mm / abgewinkelt
1.5 mm, 3.0 mm) leicht individualisiert werden. Sie verfügen über einen genau
definierten Kronenrand und einen integrierten Rotationsschutz.
Die abgewinkelten Titanaufbauten weisen zusätzlich eine unterschiedliche
Gingivahöhe (labial / palatinal) auf.
Die universellen Titanaufbauten sind anatomisch gestaltet und können nach
individuellen Gestaltungskriterien präpariert werden.
Für die digitale Herstellung von patientenindividueller Einzelzahn- und Brücken-
versorgungen stehen CAD/CAM Titanblöcke (PreForms) für einteilige Abutments
und CAD/CAM Titanbasen für die Herstellung von Hybridabutments zur Verfügung.
Unter www.dentaurum.com/digital können die tioLogic ® CAD/CAM Datensätze
für 3shape TM , dental wings und exocad ® kostenfrei heruntergeladen werden. Die
Datensätze wurden gemeinsam mit diesen Herstellern erstellt und verifiziert.
Diese Datensätze beinhalten sämtliche Informationen aller Versorgungsvarianten
als Komplettpaket, d.h. für Hybridaufbauten, einteilige Abutments sowie Brücken
und Stege.
Nach der Auswahl der jeweiligen Indikation im Datensatz der entsprechenden
CAD-Software kann die jeweilige Situation mit Hilfe von Scanaufbauten gescannt
werden. Der Matchvorgang und das Design erfolgt nach Angaben des jeweiligen
Softwareherstellers und nach zahntechnischen Regeln.

Trocken lagern.
9. Hinweise für Produkte zum einmaligen Gebrauch
Titanaufbauten sind nur zur einmaligen Verwendung vorgesehen. Die
Wiederaufbereitung eines einmal benutzten Titanaufbaus (Recycling) sowie dessen
erneute Anwendung am Patienten sind nicht zulässig.
10. Hinweise zur Desinfektion / Reinigung / Sterilisation
Die tioLogic TWINFIT Prothetikkomponenten werden unsteril geliefert. Sie dürfen

nur einmal und nur an einem Patienten verwendet werden. Vor Weitergabe müssen
sie vor und nach der Anwendung am Patienten desinfiziert, gereinigt und ggf.
sterilisiert werden.

2. General description of product, intended use and
characteristics, technical description
The tioLogic ® TWINFIT implant system contains specially coordinated instruments,
abutments and accessories for the prosthetic restoration of tioLogic ® TWINFIT
implants. Only original components of the tioLogic ® TWINFIT implant system should
be combined in accordance with the instructions for use / user manuals.
The abutment is selected by the dentist/dental technician to suit the individual
patient's needs.
The diameter of the implant and the gingival thickness determine the choice of
abutment.
Selection aids with conical and platform connector geometry for the abutment series
S, M and L are available to help choose the right abutment on the model (gingival
height and angulation).

tooth and bridge restorations on tioLogic ® TWINFIT implants.

handling
Titanium abutment tioLogic TWINFIT
®
All titanium abutments tioLogic TWINFIT are available in conical and platform
®
connector geometry for the abutment series S, M and L.
The straight and angled (S 15°, M 20°, L 20°) titanium abutments can be slightly
altered to adapt to the gingival line (straight 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 4.0 mm / angled
1.5 mm, 3.0 mm). These abutments have an exactly defined crown margin and an
integrated rotational stop.
The angled titanium abutments are also available in different gingival heights
(labial / palatal).
The universal titanium abutments are anatomically shaped and can be prepared as
required for the individual case.
For digital manufacture of individual single tooth and bridge restorations, CAD/CAM
titanium blocks (PreForms) are available for one-piece abutments and CAD/CAM
titanium bases for hybrid abutments.
tioLogic CAD/CAM data records for 3shape™, dental wings and exocad can be

downloaded free of charge under www.dentaurum.com/digital. The data records
were created and verified in collaboration with these manufacturers.
They include all the information needed for all types of restorations as a complete
package, i.e. for hybrid abutments, one-piece abutments, bridges and bars.
After selecting the indication in the data record of the respective CAD software, the
situation in question can be scanned with the help of scan abutments. The matching
process and design are carried out according to the instructions of the software
manufacturer and dental prosthetic rules.

technician fix the abutment on the working cast. We recommend using a new
AnoTite prosthetic screw for the final fitting in the mouth.

Titanium abutments are designed for single use only. Reconditioning of titanium
abutments that have been inserted previously (recycling) or reuse on patients are
not permitted.
10. Information on disinfection/cleaning/sterilizing
tioLogic TWINFIT prosthetic components are delivered non-sterile. They are

for single use on one patient only. They must be disinfected, cleaned and, where
applicable, sterilized before and after being used on a patient.

Le système implantaire tioLogic ® TWINFIT fournit des instruments, des composants

Le dentiste / prothésiste dentaire choisit le pilier en fonction du cas de chaque
patient.
Le choix du pilier dépend du diamètre de l'implant et de l'épaisseur de la muqueuse.
Pour faciliter le choix du pilier (hauteur gingivale et angulation) sur le modèle, il
existe des accessoires de sélection avec une géométrie de raccordement conique
ou avec une géométrie de raccordement de plateforme pour les lignes de piliers
S, M et L.

Tous les piliers en titane tioLogic TWINFIT sont disponibles avec une géométrie de

raccordement conique ou avec une géométrie de raccordement de plateforme pour
les lignes de piliers S, M et L.
Il est facile de personnaliser les piliers en titane droits et coudés (S 15°, M 20°,
L 20°) selon le tracé du liseré gingival (droit 1.0 mm, 2.5 mm et 4.0 mm/ coudé
1.5 mm et 3.0 mm). Ils disposent d'un bord coronaire bien défini ainsi que d'un
dispositif anti-rotation.
Les piliers en titane coudés présentent également différentes hauteurs gingivales
(vestibulaire/palatine).
Les piliers universels en titane épousent l'anatomie et peuvent être préparés selon
des critères individuels.
Pour la fabrication numérique de restaurations unitaires et de restaurations par
bridge personnalisées, il existe des blocs de titane CAD/CAM (PreForms) pour piliers
monoblocs et des bases en titane CAD/CAM pour la fabrication de piliers hybrides.
Sur www.dentaurum.com/numérique, il est possible de télécharger gratuitement les
données tioLogic CAD/CAM pour 3shape , dental wings et exocad . Ces données
® TM ®
ont été compilées et vérifiées de concert avec ces fabricants.
Ces données contiennent toutes les informations sur les différents types de
restaurations en tant que package complet, c.-à.-d. pour piliers hybrides, monoblocs
ainsi que pour barres et bridges.
Après avoir choisi l'indication dans la donnée du logiciel CAD approprié, on
peut scanner la situation respective à l'aide de piliers à scanner. Le processus
d'appariement et la conception s'effectuent d'après les directives du fabricant de
logiciel et selon les règles en usage en prothèse dentaire.

Les piliers en titane sont destinés à un usage unique. La remise en état d'un pilier
en titane déjà utilisé (recyclage) ainsi que sa réutilisation chez un patient ne sont
pas autorisées.
10. Indications concernant la désinfection, le nettoyage, la
stérilisation
Les composants prothétiques tioLogic ® TWINFIT sont livrés non stériles. On ne
peut les utiliser qu'une seule fois et uniquement pour un patient. Avant et après
utilisation chez le patient, ils doivent être désinfectés, nettoyés et, le cas échéant,
stérilisés.
